I drive 30 minutes to the dentist when there are plenty within walking distance from me. Dr. Polyviou’s office is run smoothly, uses cutting edge technology, and makes sure you are comfortable and informed throughout your treatment. I like having the same dentist every time so a one dentist practice is important to me. Bonus, Dr. Polyviou is a Platinum Invisalign Provider which means he helps a lot of people. He is big on Invisalign for the health benefits, not just cosmetic. My acid reflux went away! He also makes sure any dental work is pain free. Zero pain getting my crown! Thank you Dr. Polyviou!

Came across this office after finding out that my previous dentist was closed during the summer. I need some major work done and the staff walked me through it all and made me feel totally safe. Beware of this dentist. I had to have a maxilliary lateral incisor extracted. I suggested an implant. He immediately talked me out of that by saying "that will take too long". He gave me one treatment plan, which was a 3 unit bridge. That required destruction of a crown on the central incisor and the destruction of a sound canine. This bridge failed in less than two years. All the blame for its failure was placed on me, although I have had another bridge and various crowns that have lasted many years without issue He then recommended a 4 unit bridge. The canine that rotted under the previous bridge required a post/core. Later issues with pain revealed that, instead of the post being inserted into the root canal, the post was inserted behind the canal. How could a competent dentist make such a mistake? When inserting a post, flilling material is removed and the post inserted into the previously drilled out root canal. Instead, this quack drilled a new canal, lingually to the filled canal. He didn't even know this because he took to post procedure xrays. Also, the bridge kept falling out when I went home. Each time, I returned and instead of questioning the bridges construction, he filed down my sound mandibular canine and other teeth. Occlusal adjustments should always be thought out and carefully planned. This dentist ground down so many teeth on the right side so that now, I have zero occlusal contact on my entire right side. He has made my life a living hell. I have been given the opinion by other dentist that the 4 unit bridge should be removed and crowns put on the teeth that are now too low to function properly. Not to mention, I have two consecutive abutments that are tied together with this bridge. This is a practice frowned upon by most dentists When I tried to give my opinions of this dentist on social media, he got his lawyer to threaten me with being sued. I trusted this person with my dental health. He betrayed that trust . My guess is this post will never make it to the public or I will get another letter from his lawyer. Either way. Steer clear of dentists who give away prizes to get people in his office. A dentist work should do that for him. Steer clear of this fraudulent man!

After a lot of time and research I recently decided to go with Polyviou family dentistry for my Invisalign, and I’m so pleased with my choice. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable with Invisalign itself and both he and the staff were thorough with addressing all my questions and concerns. Everyone that I’ve encountered at the office has been helpful and made the entire process so much more comfortable. My Invisalign even came in early so I was able to start 2 weeks sooner than expected! Deanna in particular was very professional and helpful getting me started today. Just there today for the first time getting a filling my previous dentist missed. He was very quick to notice it during my Invisalign scans. The lady assisting and setting up my room was also super sweet and held a great conversation while waiting for the dentist (she told me her name but can’t remember it for the life of me). Overall the filling was super quick, smooth, and painless. Didn’t have a ton of equipment in my mouth unlike my other dentist either which was super nice, took his time, made sure I was ok with everything being done, answered all my questions in an easy to understand manor, took time to explain my Invisalign treatment so I’m prepared for my next visit to get the ball rolling. This was my first official patient visit there and I plan to continue my dental work as their patient! Cannot wait to fully make the switch🤩 highly recommended! Got my wisdom teeth taken out here. By far the best dental experience. The dentist was very kind, asking if I was comfortable and took it at MY pace. I was only numbed when they were taken out and he made sure I felt no pain. The shots to numb me were the worst part, but even that wasn’t as bad as previous experiences. Alejandra is a dental assistant that helped with the extraction remembered me at my next appointment and asked me how I was doing/did after the extraction. The staff is very friendly and recommend this office.

My tooth has never looked this good. 2 hours after treatment, I feel no pain at all. I’m so thankful for such an honest, caring dental team. I will not be going anywhere else! Polyviou Family Dentistry is a safe & sanitized company that provides excellent dental care. They use state of the art equipment and their staff is very knowledgeable. I personally have PTST when it comes to going to the dentist from horrific childhood experiences with a dentist, but I do not experience this at Polyviou because they make you feel relaxed and welcome. They use the water technique to clean your teeth which avoids a lot of scrapping. I’ve been a patient here for approx 15 years now & do not plan on ever leaving-highly recommend Polyviou Family Dentistry.

To say that Im terrified of dentists is an understatement. So, when I found myself having to go to one, a friend referred me to Dr.Polyviou. My nerves were a mess. But the staff was very friendly and did their best to calm me. When it came time to meet Dr. Polyviou, I still felt anxious, but was a little more calm. He explained everything to me that he had to do, and put my mind to ease. During the procedure, he mentioned if I felt uncomfortable or in pain at any time, he would stop. Needless to say, this chicken had her wisdom tooth removed. Not even needing the nitrous oxide. Besides, feeling more relaxed, I was informed about every step they were doing. There was no pain. Two weeks ago I experienced excruciating tooth pain. My regular dentist wasn’t seeing patients during COVID-19 so I had to look elsewhere. Most dental office were scheduling emergency patients a week out. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t wait a week. I called Polyviou Family Dentistry and within an hour Dr. P texted me and asked about my symptoms. He saw me a couple hours later at the office, provided a prescription to clear up the infection, and set an appointment for a root canal. The first pain meds and antibiotics weren’t helping. I was able to easily access Dr. P via text and get stronger meds. Initial infection was intolerably painful. Root canal itself was painless. My experience with Dr. Polyviou and staff is a bit extensive. I came to this office after having bad work done to me after a car accident. I had dealt with continued issues for quite sometime but was scared to correct it. Dr. P and staff treated as normal and dealt with my on and off again incidents from the other work. Finally, it was unbearable and had to get it all fixed. The process took a year and I will tell you it was worth it ALL. The finished result is amazing! I teared up in the office. I was nervous to have fillings done, thanks to a few terrible experiences in the past, suffice it to say that I wasn't looking forward to the shots that numb your mouth. Dr. Polyviou assured me that I wouldn't feel any pain, and that the process would be quick. I didn't believe him, but I needed the fillings so I scheduled my appointment. I am beyond thrilled to tell you that I honestly felt NO PAIN, at all! I felt pressure a few times, but no actual pain. He filled 4 teeth in less than 45 minutes, it was great!! I will never go anywhere else for dental work again! Dr. Polyviou is compassionate, his staff is top notch, and his office is beautiful! If you haven't been to Dr. Polyviou you need to go right now, his office will change the way you look at dental work!

I cannot even put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Polyviou and his staff for the treatment I recieved! They were the ONLY dentist office that would even see me without dental insurance and allow me to set up a payment plan! My husband called them to see if they happened to have an emergency appointment and find out how much it would cost to be seen. Well, after explaining my situation to Liz (I'm assuming she is the receptionist) without any hesitation she told him to take me in right away and they would help us! When we got there we were greeted by Liz and she was so amazingly sweet and compassionate! I was in the waiting room all of 5 minutes and Jessica brought me back and asked me what was going on in such a way I knew she actually cared. After she took a few x-rays of the problem tooth and examined me she brought Dr. Polyviou in and he took one look at the x-Ray and explained to me what was actually going on and told me what had to be done and made me feel like I really mattered and that he genuinely cared. He also made room on his schedule to get me in to take care of my tooth without batting an eye! The overall professionalism of everyone in his office was amazing! I didn't feel like I was just another patient, they all made me feel like a person who actually mattered! I recommend Polyviou Dental to anyone for any dental need!

After a very bad experience with Aspen Dental, I searched the internet and found Dr. Paul Polyviou and Polyviou Family Dentistry just about a mile from my home. The very first day I called, they got me right in and after my first conversation with Dr. Polyviou, I felt like my prayers had been answered. He and his staff have been absolutely wonderful and are taking great care of me. I was extremely upset about my new denture and partial because they fit so bad and were causing multiple problems. He did impressions and is working very hard to get my new denture and partial ready for me before we head to Florida for the winter. Dr. Polyviou is passionate about his work and cares about his patients, which is rare these days. His staff is very professional, experienced and caring. This experience has taught me a lot. I would Highly Recommend Polyviou Family Dentistry to everyone and I want to thank him and his staff for taking such good care of me.

Today was my first visit. It went great. Mind you I haven't been to the dentist in about 15yrs. Polyviou employees especially Karen and Dr. were very nice. Told you what they were doing before they did it. Talk to me about everything. Asked if I had any questions more then once. My husband and 4 yr. old daughter also go to polyviou. And I have to say my daughter did wonderful. They are so kid friendly. They get on the kids level. My daughter went home raving about going to the dentist. I was searching for a new dentist back in 2011 and decided to come into Polyviou Family Dentistry for a consult. From the moment I came in, I was greeted with kindness and caring staff. Great care and detail was taken into explaining the practice to me and how the staff is dedicated to taking care of my teeth. Dr. Polyviou and staff take customer service to the highest regard and I don't think people realize how important that is to providing a postive experience in any field. I am impressed with Dr. Polyviou and the staff's vast knowledge and there is a high regard for teaching the patient and helping us understand so that we are not scared, have an increase in our knowledge, and are able to maintain health teeth and gums. I trust the Dr. Polyviou and the staff not only with my dental care but with my family as well. Mimi is so wonderful with my son and made all his fears subside when having his teeth cleaned. Also would like to say that people tend to think dentist's have a vested interest in making money off their clients. This is not the case at with Polyviou Family Dentistry. They work together with you on cost effective procedures. My Invisalign was not just for cosmetic. It was a rainy day and I was right on time for my appointment. with Rosa. Whatever Dr. Polyviou is paying her it is not enough. I really like going to the Polyviou Family Dentistry. The people working there are very nice, considerate, and tell you how to maintain your teeth properly. The staff tells you exactly what is going to be performed and how long it is going to take. The office has recently been redone to have a more comfortble feeling. I just like going there because I know that my teeth are in good hands.
